The shining star of recent trade tastings, gaining attention from the RTP .PT (Portugal's BBC1) & when we originally tried it, we knew immediately that it would be a success here in the UK.
This is an example that really shows the potential of Portugal for Sparkling wines. When I taste this wine my taste buds couldn't believe the extreme delight. Cabriz uses the Traditional champagne method, but there's a twist! This sparkling has 3 Portuguese fabulous varietals, no pinot, no Chardonnay, just pure indigenous liquid fun!
