Elemart Robion is a distinguished family vineyard situated in the Vallée de l’Ardre, Southwest of Reims, covering 4.38 hectares. This estate, with a rich five-generation legacy in the picturesque village of Lhéry, was established over 60 years ago by Thierry's grandparents. Thierry and Catherine, who took over in 1992, have since dedicated themselves to cultivating their vineyards with a focus on organic viticulture, achieving certification by 2014. Their approach is rooted in a deep respect for their terroir, combining traditional practices with a modern commitment to sustainability. Their son, Eloi, has joined the family business, further enriching their dedication to producing exceptional champagnes.

The name ELEMART ROBION symbolizes their enduring family heritage, merging their surname with the initials of their three sons: Eloi, Leopold, and Martin. This combination reflects their pride in their lineage and their commitment to crafting wines that embody the unique characteristics of their land. With meticulous attention to detail and a passion for organic methods, Elemart Robion produces champagnes that offer a true and vibrant expression of the Vallée de l’Ardre.   • VB03 Extra brut

    CHER-1SPK - Champagne - 100% Meunier - 12.5%

    Winemaking: The VB 03 Extra-Brut is crafted from organically certified vineyards in Lhéry, Vallée de l’Ardre, with soils of clay, limestone, sand, and tufa, facing South-West. This blend includes 70% Meunier, 20% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Noir, harvested in 2019 and 2020. The wine undergoes thermoregulated vat vinification, natural settling, malolactic fermentation, and lees aging. Bottled in May 2021 and disgorged in May 2023, it has a dosage of 2 g/L.

    Tasting Notes: Visually, the VB 03 presents a pale yellow-gold color with deep yellow highlights. The nose reveals concentrated, rocky aromas of tender limestone, Carensac liquorice, lemon, fresh rose, acacia, wild strawberry, pomelo, orange, and apricot. On the palate, it develops a pulpy, fruity matter with a pronounced limestone minerality, delivering frankness, saltiness, iodine notes, and a lengthy finish that is savory and finely mineral.

    Food Pairings: Serve at 9°C in a slender, curved glass. Pair this champagne with seared prawns and parmesan espuma, creamy ceps soup, fresh salmon steak on vegetable tagliatelle, pork tenderloin with snow peas puree and bacon Colonnata, or semi-refined Cantal cheese.

  • 60/40 Millésime Extra Brut 2018

    CHER-2SPK - Champagne - 60% Chardonnay 40% Meunier - 12.5%

    Winemaking: The Millésime 2018 Extra-Brut hails from the organic-certified vineyards of Lhéry in the Vallée de l’Ardre. Grown in sandy, clay, and limestone soils with a South-West exposure, this vintage blends 60% Chardonnay and 40% Meunier. Hand-harvested in 2018, the coeur de cuvée undergoes thermoregulated vat and oak barrel vinification, natural settling, and malolactic fermentation. Aged on lees for 36 months, bottled in May 2019, and disgorged from June 2022, it has a dosage of 4 g/l.

    Tasting Notes: This champagne exhibits a luminous pale yellow color with deep yellow highlights. The initial nose offers delicate fragrances of acacia, strawberry, and pineapple, which evolve into notes of hazelnut, white peach, pear, and fresh butter upon aeration. On the palate, it presents a pulpy fruitiness with vibrant lemony and orange acidity, underpinned by a limestone minerality, saltiness, and a hint of iodine.

    Food Pairings: Best enjoyed at 9°C in a slender, curved glass, this champagne pairs wonderfully with salmon tataki, grilled sea bass with olive oil and white butter with dill, braised pheasant chicken supreme with stuffed cabbage, and light cow’s milk or fresh goat cheese.

  • Les Monets (Meunier) Millésime 2019

    CHER-3SPK - Champagne - 100% Meunier - 12.5%

    Winemaking: Les Monets Millésime 2019 is a single-plot, 100% Meunier champagne from organically certified vineyards in Lhéry, Vallée de l’Ardre, with middle Lutheran period soil at an altitude of 150-162m, facing South-West. The coeur de cuvée undergoes vat vinification, natural settling, and malolactic fermentation. Matured on the lees for 8 months, bottled in May 2020, and aged on laths for 36 months, it is disgorged from May 2023 with a dosage of 1.5 g/l (Extra-Brut).

    Tasting Notes: Les Monets displays fine, lively bubbles forming a lingering collerette. The nose reveals elegant notes of mandarin, pear, peach, and mango, complemented by warm brioche, vanilla, pepper, toasted bread, and smoke. On the palate, it offers pulpy, coated fruity matter with a pronounced orange acidity, underpinned by limestone and sand minerality. The finish is airy and pulpy with a seductive aromatic return.

    Food Pairings: Best served at 9°C in a slender, curved glass. Ideal pairings include monkfish fillet with curry cream sauce and basmati rice, soft-boiled eggs with chaource cream and Comté mouillettes, butternut squash velvety soup with coconut milk and parmesan flakes, and pan-fried veal pavé steak.

  • PM (Petit Meslier) Millésime 2019 – Brut

    CHER-4SPK - Champagne - 100% Petit Meslier - 12.5%

    Winemaking: PM Millésime 2019 Brut is crafted from 100% Petit Meslier, harvested from a single plot in Lhéry, Vallée de l’Ardre, with soils from the middle Lutheran period and South-West exposure. This coeur de cuvée undergoes oak barrel vinification, natural settling, malolactic fermentation, and 7 months maturation on lees in oak barrels. Bottled in May 2020, poignettage was performed, and it was disgorged in May 2023 with no sugar added at disgorgement.

    Tasting Notes: This champagne has a luminous yellow-gold appearance with bright gold highlights. The nose is distinguished and eloquent, with notes of bergamot, quince, and toasted bread, evolving into aromas of shells limestone, verbena, orange blossom, and sweet spices upon aeration. On the palate, it is supple with fine, creamy bubbles, offering a pulpy fruity matter balanced by a tense acidity reminiscent of lemon and orange.

    Food Pairings: Serve at 9°C in a slender, curved glass. Perfect pairings include carrot and coral lentil soup with prawn skewer and lemongrass, roasted sea bream with herb white butter, smoked trout and shredded leek puff pastry with tangy sauce, and ginger and lime beef stir-fry with creamy risotto.
